General

An Open Studios event in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia held over two days.
 
Inclusions: Entry to studios, access to directory and map, access to Special Events.
Exclusions: Workshops, transport, food, and accommodation.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made by email to uos@elami.co. The date of cancellation is the date on which the written cancellation is received in Bali. No refunds will be given for any workshops or services not used during the event. Cancellations may be made at any time and refunds will be reversed directly following conditions:
a. Cancellation 7 days before the event begins will not be refunded; however, the ticket is transferable.

Studio Locations

The experiences and the travel to get to each location will be self-facilitated. Each studio or artist will be responsible for the safety of participants and will not be held liable for any accidents or lawsuits.
a. Each studio visited is hosted by the artist/professional.
b. Please be mindful and present while entering the space and follow instructions given by the artist/professional at all times for your safety.
c. Please ask the studio for permission before bringing children under 12 years of age or pets.

Natural Disasters

If a natural disaster or pandemic disrupts the event, or travel to and from Bali during the dates of the event, the organizers will cancel the workshops and 50% refunds will be issued.

Liabilities

Under no circumstances will Elami Productions be held responsible or liable in any way for any claims, damages, losses, expenses, costs, or liabilities whatsoever (including, without limitation, any direct or indirect damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of information) resulting or arising directly or indirectly from your use of or inability to use this website or any websites linked to it, or from your reliance on the information and material on this website, even if Elami Productions has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance.
